Job Description

Who will you be working with?

We are an experienced logistic team in the rail transit industry, providing customers with passenger information systems and related products, bringing them convenient and comfortable experiences with advanced and reliable products. The logistic team has gathered talents in system, production planner, ERP system applying, customer manager, warehouse management, etc. Through the team's efforts and dedication, we can satisfy our customers in term of Customer-OTD, inventory management and quick reaction.


How will you make a difference?

As a member of the logistic team on material controller level, you will be responsible for the sales order management and maintenance, ERP system operating, work order generating and adjustment, customer management, ECN maintenance in SAP, knowledge of production planning, supporting your team leader on customer related issues. Report directly to the team leader.

What do we want to know about you?

1. Experienced with SAP system, and independently handled with different customers (local and foreigner)  

2. Familiar with the process of electronic factory, familiar with the common components

3. Understand the basics of whole process of logistic, better having experience with custom, decla

4. good skills in using office software and possessing document editing skills.

5.  Proficient in English and able to communicate with foreign colleagues over the phone in English.

6. Good communication skills internally with other colleagues

 

What will your typical day look like?

1. receive sales orders from customers, maintain them in SAP system, check material status, confirm delivery date to customers

2. communicate with customers daily/weekly/monthly, maintain their change request in SAP system, re-confirm delivery date, reply to customer mail, handle with customer

3. receive change request of Bom/work order (ECN) from other departments, maintain these changes in SAP system, adjust related contents in SAP, inform related departments like purchasing team to pull in or push out parts, or inform production line to stop or change their production

4. double check PO issued by purchase team

5. generate/change work orders according to sales order

6. generate production plan according to demand, based on material status

7. inform production line/customer/related departments if any changes happen

8. Solve problems that caused by SAP deviation or issues

9. Collaborate with purchase team and production line to fulfil customer`s demand

10. support other colleagues when needed
