Mission
- Key missions of the position:
Ensuring that the IMS & IRIS system requirements are established, implemented.
Ensuring periodic internal audits, identify improvement points , track closure for continual improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall implementation, maintenance and improvement of Integrated Management system which includes:
IRIS (ISO/TS 22163)
QMS (ISO 9001)
EMS (ISO 14001)
OHMS (ISO 45001)
- Ensuring periodic review & audit of System documents / procedures to ensure it’s alignment to get intended benefits and continual improvements.
- Reporting on the performance of the IMS to the top management for review and any recommendation for improvement of these systems.
- Ensure periodic review of Quality improvements projects and participation in external events (CII/QCFI).
- Liaison with external parties on matters relating to IMS management system certification.
- Ensuring the promotion of customer focus & Quality culture throughout the organization.
- Ensuring periodic review of IMS / IRIS Risk Assessment with involvement of respective function.
- Ensuring that the integrity of the IMS /IRIS is maintained when changes are planned and implemented.
- Conduct Internal audits (IRIS, QMS, EMS,OHMS, Process, Special process, Configuration, WIM/QRQC maturity, Respect of product, etc.) & IMS external / certification audits.
- Ensuring the implementation of assigned activities under Quality VSM & MCP as applicable.
- Ensuring the implementation of assigned activities under WEP / WMS, as applicable.
- Ensuring weekly & monthly MIS update.
- Ensuring Quality campaign, periodic trainings to strengthen Quality culture.
- Responsible for achievement of target sets for the area responsible.
- Provided with organizational freedom to resolve matters pertaining to Quality, EHS as well as IMS and to Stop development / production / delivery / field support activities etc., if Product Quality & EHS as well as IMS requirements are not met & organizational policies are not adhered.
