Job Description

Who will you be working with? 

This role supports the LATAM Commercial Director and works cross-functionally with technical, commercial, and product teams to deliver integrated solutions. You will also play a key role in aligning customer needs with the Digital Mine product portfolio and contributing to its continuous development.

How will you make a difference?

As a member of the Digital Mine commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business development, sales, and marketing strategies across the assigned territory. You will lead the conception and execution of regional growth strategies, focusing on expanding market presence, developing new customer relationships, and strengthening existing accounts. 

What do we want to know about you?Essential Qualifications:

  • Sales experience in mining technology, mining equipment, or mining software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Geology, or related field.
  • Proven success in developing and growing business across regions and key accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of mining industry practices, regulations, and operations.
  • Experience in commercial and contract management.
  • Ability to influence and work effectively within matrix organizations.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership capabilities.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience with heavy machinery fleet technology and/or industrial SaaS.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com.
  • Strong competitive drive, resilience, and results orientation.
  • Ability to act as a change agent with influence and credibility.
  • Executive-level presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in dynamic and changing environments.

What will your typical day look like?

  • Develop and execute regional business development, sales, and marketing strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage full sales cycle activities.
  • Manage key account plans and ensure delivery of revenue and margin targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, legal, finance, product) to deliver solutions.
  • Lead customer engagements, including presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Support industry events such as trade shows and technical conferences.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing engagement and follow-up.
  • Maintain compliance with business conduct guidelines and complete required training.

  • Reports to: LATAM Commercial Director.
  • Travel: Frequent travel required.
