Our Field Service Specialist NDT Integrations products are technical experts and solution providers that are very good at supporting customers and sales representatives. Our non-destructive testing instruments are used to inspect critical equipment in a variety of production line environments in a variety of industries. You will spend time creating and supporting customized product solutions using Evident Scientific hardware software and manufacturing capabilities. You will also be in the field providing your expertise before during and after the sale. You must be able to manage your time and the fast-paced workload in this sales environment. This is an after-sales support role that will have an impact on the company results. Evident Scientific products are well known within key industries that require high quality high value and reliable instrumentation for their critical applications. Job Duties
- Provide product training to customers and internal personnel on the NDT integration hardware and software solutions.
- Meet with customers to provide technical information and create systems specifications used to create a scope of work for internal staff.
- Provide product feedback to the manufacturing centers for current product improvements and future product designs.
- Support to customers for installation problems and issues with broken equipment.
- Required to travel to perform on-site repair of defective systems or remotely aid customers with their repairs.
- Diagnose equipment problems and establish contact with the customer.
- Repair defective material in the workshop on site or remotely (ensure connectivity for remote maintenance).
- Take part in the 24/7 days a week customer-support program rotation.
- Participate in maintenance programs and the proposal of spare parts.
- Negotiate with and manage subcontractors when necessary.
- Provide customized training to users.
- Proactively provide expert level technical advice and support to customers and field sales personnel regarding NDT hardware software and systems integration products.

Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science physics engineering or other technical discipline or equivalent experience.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience developing, integrating, or supporting industrial applications related to NDT or automated manufacturing systems.
- 3+ years of experience managing or assisting with installation projects in industrial environments, involving integrated software and hardware systems used to automate manufacturing processes.
Competencies:
•Ability to configure software and hardware solutions for automating industrial machinery.
•Ability to understand how industrial machinery and manufacturing works to be able to solve customer application problems.
•Must be able to travel approximately 50% of the time in the territory.
•Solid working knowledge of electronics personal computer hardware software and LAN (Microsoft) concepts.
•Proven history of success in a business-to-business environment.
•Ability to create and deliver clear and concise presentations product demonstrations and emails to various audiences.
•Must be self-directed highly motivated and business oriented.
Pay Range: $86,000.00 - $117,000.00 a year plus bonus-depending on experience.

The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. More information on offered benefits, which include health, welfare, and retirement, are available at mywabtecbenefits.com.
