Who will you be working with?

You will work closely with the Global Engineering team, collaborating with engineers, technical specialists, manufacturing, sourcing, quality, and service teams to develop innovative propulsion system thermal management solutions for locomotive and off-highway vehicle platforms.

How will you make a difference?

As a member of the Engineering organization, you will be responsible for the design, development, validation, and production support of ventilation systems used on diesel-electric, battery-electric, and hybrid locomotive platforms, as well as off-highway vehicle applications.

In this role, you will establish airflow, thermal, acoustic, and mechanical requirements while leading the development and integration of ventilation system components, including blowers, filters, ducting, bellows, louvers, and airflow management devices. You will partner with cross-functional teams and suppliers to drive technical execution from concept through product launch, ensuring robust, reliable, and cost-effective solutions that meet customer and program requirements. Your expertise will directly contribute to product performance, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives across Wabtec's transportation portfolio.

What do we want to know about you?
