You've accepted the offer - now what? Whether you're heading into a manufacturing facility, joining a corporate office, or starting remotely, onboarding at Wabtec is all about setting you up for success.

We know every role and location is a little different, so onboarding isn't one-size-fits-all. But no matter where you land, you'll get the tools, support and connections you need to hit the ground running.

Day One Vibes Your first day might include a site tour, safety training, tech setup, or a meet-and-greet with your team. If you're in a manufacturing or trades role, expect hands-on guidance and a strong focus on safety and quality. If you're in an office or hybrid role, you'll likely dive into systems, tools and team intros.

Either way, we keep it welcoming, informative and low-pressure. You're not expected to know everything, just come ready to learn.

Ongoing Support Onboarding doesn't end after your first week. You'll have access to training, mentorship and development opportunities as you settle in. Many teams offer buddy systems or peer support, especially in manufacturing and trades roles, where learning by doing is key.
