Who will you be working with?
We are the leading supplier of onboard passenger information system for rolling stocks. You will be working with a global team scattered in Germany, Switzerland, China, India and Italy. Besides the programing languages, English is also used daily to interact with our team members and customers. Our projects are distributed around the world, which means you will be working in the multi-culture environment, delivering software solutions to meet requirements from all kinds of background.
How will you make a difference?
As a member of the application software team, you will be responsible for:
Participate in the development of highly available and scalable Passenger Information System (PIS) software. Perform software coding, testing, maintenance, and collaborate with the team. Quickly respond to customer-reported issues, identify problems, and provide solutions. Write documentation, including Software Design Description (SDD), Software Requirements Specification (SRS), and Interface Control Document (ICD).
What do we want to know about you?
Proficient in C++ programming language development. Proficient in Python and Bash programming languages. Familiar with Unix/Linux programming and various inter-process communication mechanisms, such as socket and D-Bus. Knowledgeable in graphical user interface (GUI) development and event-driven mechanisms. Experience with the GStreamer framework is a plus. Experience with Qt application development is preferred.

- Communicating with system engineers for requirements.
- Coding with high standards, building images and self-test.
- Collaborating with global team for design review, sharing, and training.
