Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring planned shipments to the customer
  • Analyzing new and existing orders based on available production capacity
  • Reporting KPIs – OTD, Shipment Performance, Backorders
  • Sales forecasting
  • Coordinating communication with customers and managing a team of specialists (3 people)
  • Managing the processing of customer orders in cooperation with the Technical Department and the Strategic Purchasing Department
  • Liaising with intercompany customers and other departments within the company

Education/Training

  • University degree (technical or logistics profile preferred)

Professional Experience

  • Several years' experience in a similar position

Languages

  • English Professional proficiency written and spoken

Other Specifications

  • Experience of working with ERP systems
  • Knowledge of MS Office, in particular a good knowledge of Excel
  • Good Communication & interpersonal skills
  • Open minded, problem solving skills
  • Pro-active attitude
  • Collaborative skills
