Transit Field Services Director
Ownership and key responsibilities
• Lead the Field Services organization in the region
• Increase customer intimacy and market understanding, and develop FS into a commercial strength
• Deploy Transit FS strategy within the region (organization / processes / tools)
• Strengthen REX to Product Management of our products performance to improve performance and serviceability
• Supports project execution in Warranty phase (OE & Services projects)
Main Missions
• Develop, deploy and track KPI for FS operations in the most Quality and Cost-effective manner
• Develop and train his team to address all products maintained in the region
• Perform a regular resource and budget planning
• Support the Services sales forces in offering Services solutions
• Develop and deploy customer centric and value adding sales solutions and concepts for Field Service
• Team up with Transit Resident engineers to deliver projects
• Actively support cost optimization and OTD activities for warranty/retrofit
• Manage Resident Site Managers, Field Service Operation Managers, Warranty manager and Customer Services Manager
• Demonstrate to clients an on-going commitment to excellence in the delivery of FS support to projects and programs

• Critical FS Project in the Region (Warranty Cost VS Budget)
• Critical Retrofit in the Region (Retrofit Cost VS Budget VS Completion)
• FS hourly rates
• Mobilization time for warranty and troubleshooting activities
