The Diversified Products team works with different production sites among the US, here you will have the opportunity to work with: Grove City, Texas Mining and our UX shops such as Kansas, Vegas, Emporium and Cleveland.
How will you make a difference?
As a member of the Diversified Products group/division, you will be responsible for Manage, Lead, Coach, Develop and Recruit Fulfillment Team for material procurement around designated Sites. On this Role you will drive strategies and initiatives to achieve, maintain and improve all KPI’s accordingly Company goals and objectives. Special attention on Purchase Order Management performance to avoid: Past due PO’s, Rejected PO’s, missing E-Promise PO’s, Requisition no PO’s, Incomplete PO’s, pending POD’s and Trouble Ticket resolution among other KPI’s. Oversees Fulfillment personnel performance and deploy required training. Prepare and present Reports and Metrics as required.
What will your typical day look like?
- Lead and coordinate purchasing execution, sourcing rules, beside PO Management (Past due PO’s, Rejected PO’s, missing E-Promise PO’s, Requisition no PO’s, Incomplete PO’s, pending POD’s and Trouble Ticket) to prevent gaps and shortages.
- Analyze and ensure system demand procurement thru supplier’s PO’s, priorities, expedites and Site’s draw backs.
- Negotiate with supplier’s (shipments, expedites, delays, bill back, etc).
- Evaluate, escalate critical shortages and potential risk impact analysis.
- Maintenance clean up and work flows (Oracle, SEP, PIR, NMR & PPAP’s among others).
- Accomplish, communicate and deploy golden rules, best practices, processes and Tool’s optimization (SCC ASN’s/LT improvement, Oracle Auto PO set up among others).
- Achieve, maintain and exceed KPI’s goals and indicators definitions.
- Support different Business locations (Sites) designated across US.
- Generate deck’s and pitch CPR’s meeting for parts assignation (commodity).
- Direct, formulate strategies and action plans for no performing supplier's improvement beside Corrective Actions/Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Develop and maintain strong suppliers and internal customer’s relationships.
- Troubleshoot Material Availability problems and take corrective action to increase performance on this metric.
- Inventory levels Control (ASCP Cancelation/EOO performance), cycle time, machine loads, and other aspects as required to meet schedule.
- Interface between Supplier and shops for prioritization of shop load to meet customer demands (OTD-OTP).
- Effectively communicate to external sources status of materials and forecast any possible impact or risk to production.
- Manage personnel performance (standard work), hiring, expenses approvals (WorkDay), beside PTO’s (OOO), permissions and back-up plans.

What do we want to know about you?
- Bachelor’s Degree from accredited college or university
- Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in Supply chain (Purchasing, Sourcing)
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in personnel’s management
Desired Characteristics
- Oracle, AP systems experience
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Advanced excel skills
- Leadership and Communication (oral and written) skills
- Strong Negotiation skills
- Outstanding problem solving (root/cause analysis) and proactivity skills.
- Result and Metric’s oriented
- Six Sigma training or equivalent Quality Certification desired
- English proficiency over 90%
