The Friction & Rubber Group is a global leader in friction and elastomer solutions for the rail industry as well as for industrial and powersports applications. Our products are used in safety‑critical environments by nearly all major rail operators and vehicle manufacturers worldwide and stand for quality, reliability, and strong technological performance.
An essential part of the Friction organization is its Green and Blue Friction solutions, which play a key role in reducing particulate emissions, improving air quality—particularly in urban rail environments—and combining sustainability with the highest safety and performance standards.

How will you make a difference?
As General Manager Rubber, you have full P&L responsibility for the Rubber activity within the Friction & Rubber Product Line covering activities in Europe, America and Asia (4 sites in total).
You drive profitable growth, ensure strong customer focus and lead the strategic development of the Rubber activity across regions.
You are accountable for the operational and financial performance of the Rubber business and hold responsibility for Sales Friction in Europe, CIS and North Africa to build a cohesive and high performing salesforce.
What do we want to know about you?
- Senior leadership experience (10 Y+) in Railway Industry,
- Proven track record in P&L management or sales responsibility,
- Mandatory experience in selling products or services to car builders or transport operators,
- Strong strategic and commercial mindset combined with operational execution,
- Experience in international, multi‑site organizations,
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder‑management skills,
- Fluent Spanish and English.
