Who will you be working with?
You will be part of the HR Administration team, providing operational and administrative support across the entire employee lifecycle. The team works closely with employees, managers, Payroll, HR Business Partners, external vendors, and IT to ensure efficient HR service delivery, compliance, and a positive employee experience.
How will you make a difference?
As a member of the Human Resources team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR administrative support and ensuring accurate execution of HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle. You will support onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding activities while maintaining employee data integrity in Workday and other HR systems. In this role, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support payroll, benefits, time and attendance processes, and regulatory compliance. Your contribution will help drive operational excellence, data accuracy, and continuous improvement across HR services.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in HR Administration, Personnel Administration, Payroll Support, or a similar HR role.
- Good knowledge of labor law and HR administration processes.
- Experience working with HRIS systems and time & attendance platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Polish and communicative English, both written and spoken.
- Availability to work on-site 4 days per week.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting payroll processes.
- Knowledge of Workday and/or Comarch systems.
- Understanding of GDPR and data privacy requirements.
- Experience working in an international or multinational environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
What will your typical day look like?
- Manage HR administration activities throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation, ensuring data accuracy in Workday and related systems.
- Support payroll, benefits, time and attendance, and absence management processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation, GDPR requirements, and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports, support audits, and assist with data analysis activities.
- Coordinate with external vendors, payroll providers, and IT teams to support HR service delivery.
- Provide day-to-day support to employees and managers regarding HR policies, processes, and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing HR systems, workflows, and data quality.
