Who will you be working with?
You will be part of the Quality & HS&E team, working closely with production, site management, and regional stakeholders. The role partners with employees, contractors, and external institutions to ensure a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible workplace.
How will you make a difference?
As a HSE Inspector you will be responsible for leading and maintaining Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) compliance at the site level. This role plays a key part in ensuring legal compliance, reducing occupational risks, and continuously improving safety culture across operations.
You will support site management and employees by implementing HSE policies, conducting audits and risk assessments, leading investigations, and delivering training programs. You will also represent the organization during inspections and external audits.
What will your typical day look like?
- Own and oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance at the site
- Monitor compliance with HSE regulations, internal standards, and procedures
- Conduct workplace inspections, audits, risk assessments, and Safety Gemba Tours
- Identify hazards and initiate corrective and preventive actions
- Support incident investigations and prepare post-accident documentation
- Maintain required HSE records (accidents, occupational diseases, reports)
- Prepare analyses, reports, presentations, and environmental data reporting
- Deliver and organize HSE, fire safety, and environmental training (incl. LMS planning)
- Cooperate with production and management to improve HSE performance
- Supervise waste management, water and sewage management, and air emissions
- Lead initiatives and projects aimed at strengthening safety and environmental culture
- Represent the company during external inspections and audits
What do we want to know about you?
- University Degree or Postgraduate Degree in Occupational Health and Safety
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HSE role
- Strong professional knowledge of occupational health & safety and data protection
- Certified knowledge of data protection regulations
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HSE improvement solutions
- Ability to plan, organize, and deliver training programs
- Experience with audits, investigations, risk assessments, and reporting
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under time pressure
- Ability to build effective relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of Polish and English in a professional communication level
