Job Description

Who will you be working with?

In this role, you support the Sales Teams in Hong Kong, USA, Europe and Australia managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering timely and accurate documentation.

 

In this position, you report direct to the Customer Service Supervisor in Hong Kong.

 

How will you make a difference?

As a member of the Customer Service Team, you will be responsible that sales processes run smoothly by processing customer orders, purchase orders and shipping documents. You coordinate between sales, logistics and operations and communicate the delivery schedules to our customers.

 

What do we want to know about you?

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
  • Willing to periodically travel to Hong Kong.
  • Experience in sales operations or administrative roles and knowledge of ERP systems are preferred.

 

What will your typical day look like?

Sales Support & Coordination

  • Prepare and process sales orders, purchase orders and shipping documents.
  • Coordinate between sales, logistics, and finance to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Support the onboarding of new customers with required documentation and set-up.
  • Arrange and coordinate shipments with external logistics companies.
  • Other job duties if required by the Company.

Customer & Internal Communication

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to orders, pricing, or product availability.
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve delivery, billing, or product issues.
  • Provide administrative support during customer presentations or events.
