Job Description
Jak můžete přispět ke změně a rozvoji společnosti?
V roli NDT Service Engineer se stanete klíčovým odborníkem v oblasti servisu, technické podpory a metrologie. Vaše práce bude mít přímý dopad na kvalitu našich služeb a spokojenost zákazníků.
Budete:
- Zajišťovat technické činnosti spojené s údržbou, kontrolami a opravami zařízení.
- Dodržovat související standardy a legislativu (např. radiační ochranu).
- Provádět technická posouzení požadavků zákazníků a funkční testování zařízení.
- Zajišťovat finální inspekce, organizaci oprav a přípravu zařízení k expedici.
- Aktivně se podílet na auditech, řešení neshod a zlepšování procesů.
- Spravovat měřicí zařízení a kalibrace v souladu s ISO 9001 a ISO 17025.
- Spolupracovat s Field Service, distribučními centry a interními týmy.
- Přinášet návrhy na zlepšení kvality, procesů i zákaznických služeb.
Co od Vás potřebujeme vědět?
- SŠ/VŠ vzdělání technického směru
- Min. 1 rok praxe v technické oblasti
- Uživatelská znalost PC a MS Office
- Angličtina slovem i písmem
- Dobré komunikační schopnosti
- Spolehlivost, odpovědnost, samostatnost
- Manuální zručnost a schopnost pracovat nezávisle
- Znalost ISO 9001 a ISO 17025 – výhodou
Výhodou bude, pokud máte:
- Zkušenosti s metrologií a kalibracemi
- Praxi v servisních nebo technických rolích
- Zkušenost se SAP CRM
- Schopnost číst technickou dokumentaci
